Is this you?

  • New to leading a team (or about to be)
  • Leading mates or former peers (and finding it awkward)
  • The go-to person, even without the title
  • Tagged as “one to watch” and want to back it up

Lead with confidence, even if you’re just getting started

You don’t need a fancy title to lead. If you’re stepping up, leading former peers, or influencing a team without the “boss” label, Aspiring gives you the real-world skills and self-awareness to do it well.

Four days. Two game-based workshops. Zero boring theory.

Learn by doing, not by sitting through slides

Aspiring runs on a dynamic game-based platform, not lectures. You’ll be up, moving, problem-solving and figuring out how you lead, in real time, alongside other emerging leaders.

Split into two 2-day workshops, so you get time in between to try things out at work before coming back for round two.

Frequently asked questions

No. Aspiring is built for people stepping into leadership for the first time, leading informally, or identified as future leaders. You don’t need the title to benefit.

Many organisations invest in Aspiring as part of their leadership development or professional development budget. We’re happy to provide documentation to support a request to your manager or HR team.

That’s exactly who Aspiring is designed for. No prior leadership training or experience is required, just a willingness to get involved.

Not at all. Aspiring runs on an interactive, game-based platform. Expect hands-on activities, group problem-solving and real discussion, not slides.

Yes. Many participants start the course feeling unsure and leave with a much clearer sense of their own leadership style and strengths.

The two-week (or similar) gap between workshops gives you time to try out what you’ve learned at work before returning to build on it in workshop two.
