Our COVID-19 Response
“When COVID-19 struck in the first quarter of 2020, Leadership WA pivoted decisively and with great clarity. All learning and experiences were moved online. An early commitment was made by the CEO, Dominique Mecoy, that the 2020 Signature Leadership Program cohort would receive the full year’s content, even if that meant transferring some experiences into 2021. This stability provided certainty to continue on the leadership learning journey, even through a major disruption. Zoom Coffee catch ups with the Leadership WA team and the cohort were set up to maintain the bond within the group until we could meet again in person. I am confident if WA were required to go into lockdown again that Leadership WA would rise to the challenge. In fact, COVID-19 is proving to be an excellent leadership learning gift.” – Tim Conroy, New Energy Opportunity Manager, Woodside Energy Australia
