Rebecca is the central point of contact for accounts and payments, general company enquiries, and all administration enquiries. She also supports the CEO and the Leadership WA board and sub-committees in the daily operations of the company.
Brenda designs, creates and delivers Leadership Development Events and Experiences. Overseeing our Signature Leadership Program and LeadAbility Courses Brenda, licensed in PRINT®, DISC™ and Emotional Quotient™ provides an engaging environment which allows for the exploration of authentic, contemporary and ethical leadership.
Karen Della Torre has over 30 years in senior roles in Marketing and Business Development. She has extensive experience in Brand Marketing, Communications and Advertising and has worked with organisations such as UWA Business School, Exibit Exhibitions and Marketforce.
Kym coordinates our Rising Leadership Program and LeadAbility Course. In the past she has worked as an event coordinator for not-for-profit organisation Girls Academy and commercial event company Project3.
Charlotte coordinates Leadership WA's Marketing activity, Alumni Communications, and social media content curation. She has previously worked at not-for-profit Southern Cross Care (WA), in both Marketing and Communications.
Leanda has over 30 years’ experience working within the disability sector with all levels of government, not-for-profit and private sector organisations. She brings specific expertise in designing and conducting stakeholder consultations; developing and delivering training; and creating accessible and inclusive services, facilities, information and events.
Leanda facilitates Leadership WA’s LeadAbility Course, which develops the potential of people with disability and those in the sector, who have the potential to lead and generate change.
Leanda is also the Managing Director of E-QUAL, a business established in 1993, which specialises in improving the quality of services for people with disability.
Oliver O'Meehan graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science and International Relations. Originally from Borden, a rural town in WA's Great Southern region, Oliver has an interest in agriculture and politics.
