Rebecca supports the CEO and the Leadership WA board and sub-committees in the daily operations of the company. In addition to the general management of our office, she is the central point of contact for accounts and payments, general company enquiries, and all administration enquiries.
Gene oversees our Rising Leadership Programs, Aspiring Leadership Courses and Tailored Solutions (in-house leadership development for organisations). Licensed in PRINT and HDBI, Gene guides people through a transformative personal learning experience to ensure participants have the opportunity to develop their best self for the future.
Brenda designs, creates and delivers Leadership Development Events and Experiences. Overseeing our Signature Leadership Program and LeadAbility Courses Brenda, licensed in PRINT®, DISC™ and Emotional Quotient™ provides an engaging environment which allows for the exploration of authentic, contemporary and ethical leadership.
Karen Della Torre has over 30 years in senior roles in Marketing and Business Development. She has extensive experience in Brand Marketing, Communications and Advertising and has worked with organisations such as UWA Business School, Exibit Exhibitions and Marketforce.
Kate looks after Leadership WA's Alumni network, and coordinates Skillsbank and the Rising Leadership Program. She has previously worked for Bankwest and INPEX. Kate volunteers with POOPS (Pets of Older Person) as the Central Coordinator with the main duties of volunteer management and client liaison.
Ursula collaborates with corporate, government, NFP, community and entrepreneurial sectors throughout Western Australia to bring awareness of issues and strengths to leading business professionals within their various organisations. She is the principal point of contact for our Signature Leadership Program.
Alex coordinates marketing, Alumni communications, and social media for Leadership WA. In the past he has been a media officer for Museums Victoria and RSPCA WA, and also works as a freelance science writer.
Leanda has over 30 years’ experience working within the disability sector with all levels of government, not-for-profit and private sector organisations. She brings specific expertise in designing and conducting stakeholder consultations; developing and delivering training; and creating accessible and inclusive services, facilities, information and events.
Leanda facilitates Leadership WA’s LeadAbility Course, which develops the potential of people with disability and those in the sector, who have the potential to lead and generate change.
Leanda is also the Managing Director of E-QUAL, a business established in 1993, which specialises in improving the quality of services for people with disability.
