Candy commenced as the Chief Executive Officer of Leadership WA in October 2025.

A dynamic and purpose-led leader, Candy has over 15 years of executive leadership experience across the government, for-purpose and private sectors. She has held roles as a CEO and Board Chair, along with senior executive positions and had led transformational change, developed future leaders and fostered inclusive and values-driven cultures.

She looks forward to engaging with our committed Leadership WA community and getting to know our Alumni, Participants, Partners and supporters.

As Director of Leadership Development, Jo oversees Leadership WA's Programs, Courses and Tailored Solutions, along with leading the Leadership Development team.

Having worked in Organisation Development in a range of facilitation and management roles, Jo has experience across sectors including Professional Services, Resources, Oil and Gas and Government.

Jo has built a reputation as a consummate professional, leadership development expert and engaging facilitator. She can design, direct and deliver pragmatic, tailored and relevant content and support organisations and leaders in strategic business planning. She brings a well-established skillset in enabling and empowering leaders.

Passionate about growing the capability of leaders to create a profound, positive and dynamic impact, Jo contributes to creating courageous leaders, for the benefit of themselves, their organisations and the WA community.

Fiona is an expert in leadership development, who brings a depth of understanding and knowledge as a coach, mentor, facilitator and consultant.

She is experienced in working with some of the State’s most senior leaders and is highly regarded for her person-centred approach. Fiona has the ability to identify, develop and enable courageous leaders, and strives to get the most out of individuals and groups.

Her approach is based on mutual respect and trust, and she quickly builds rapport with Program Participants. Fiona guides and empowers leaders on their journey, supporting them in gaining clarity, challenging assumptions, broadening perspectives and identifying opportunities for growth.

Fiona is the Leadership Development Manager for our flagship Signature Leadership Program. 

Wendy is an experienced leadership development expert and has worked across the commercial, government and NFP sectors,

She brings extensive experience in empowering and enabling leaders to reach their full potential through authenticity, habits, mind and effective action. Wendy remains across the latest research and best practice and uses a range of resources, insights, activities and speakers to deliver transformative leadership development.

Wendy facilitates the Rising Leadership Program and Aspiring Leadership Course, along with supporting the delivery of our Tailored Solutions, Leadership WA's bespoke leadership development offering, that is customised for each organisation and their requests and requirements. 

Meagan has over 25 years’ experience working across the disability, higher education, for-purpose and public sectors.

She brings expertise in disability leadership, resilience and wellbeing; stakeholder engagement, co-design and systemic change; program design and innovation.

Meagan facilitates Leadership WA’s LeadAbility Course, which develops the potential of people with disability and those working within the sector to lead, influence and create change.

Meagan is also an experienced disability leader, consultant and coach. She is a member of Australia’s first Disability Leadership Coaching Panel and has held senior leadership roles driving initiatives that advance equity, access and inclusion.

Claire brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic marketing, brand stewardship and stakeholder engagement to Leadership WA. 

She has worked across government, consulting and professional services sectors, and ran her own freelance practice for six years.

Her MBA strengthens her practical expertise, deepening her capability in organisational strategy, leadership practice and evidence‑based decision‑making, all grounded in a commitment to social justice, ethics and sustainability. She has contributed to her profession through volunteer leadership, including chairing a professional communications committee focused on strengthening capability, ethical practice and sector-wide collaboration.

Claire is committed to advancing Leadership WA’s mission to support courageous, contemporary leaders by developing trusted relationships and shaping clear, purposeful narratives that amplify the stories and impact of leaders across Western Australia.

Jordan brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, governance and stakeholder engagement, with a career spanning local government, operational leadership and for-purpose governance.

His professional experience includes serving as a City Councillor for the City of Wanneroo and the Mindarie Regional Council, alongside governance roles on a range of for-purpose boards. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), with additional studies in Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management.

As Operations Manager, Jordan oversees finance, compliance and organisational systems, while also serving as Company Secretary to the Leadership WA Board. He plays a key role in supporting effective governance, organisational performance and the delivery of a seamless experience for our Participants, Alumni, staff and stakeholders.

Paris brings a strong background in strategic partnerships, leadership development and portfolio management, with a track record of working alongside senior leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Prior to joining Leadership WA, Paris worked at the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA), where she managed the national education portfolio and led delivery of the Copland Leadership Program.

At Leadership WA, Paris leads Alumni relations, events and communications, Partner engagement and the organisation’s social impact initiative, Skillsbank. She also supports Alumni engagement activities and events, helping strengthen connections across the Leadership WA network and broader community.

At Leadership WA, Clara brings ideas to life through clear, purposeful storytelling that connects and inspires our leadership community.

She creates compelling, purpose-driven content that strengthens relationships, drives engagement and supports meaningful leadership impact.

With experience across marketing and communications, Clara enjoys combining creativity with a practical approach to deliver thoughtful and effective communications. She works closely with stakeholders, supports lead generation and engagement activities, and uses insights to help ensure content is relevant, consistent and valuable to our community.

Jacqueline brings experience in event coordination, communication and community-focused roles, with a strong interest in creating positive and well-organised experiences and events.

With a background in social work studies and customer-focused roles, she brings a positive attitude, adaptability and a people-focused approach to her work.

At Leadership WA, Jacqui coordinates the Signature Leadership Program and supports communication and engagement with the cohort throughout the year. She also assists in the delivery of Leadership WA’s Alumni events and engagement activities.

Shelly brings structure and a calm, can-do approach to her role as Corporate Services Event Coordinator at Leadership WA. 

With a strong background in hospitality and conference operations, she is experienced in delivering well-run, high-quality events.

She thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating smooth, positive experiences for everyone involved. At Leadership WA, Shelly supports and helps to facilitate impactful experiences and communications for the Rising Leadership Program and LeadAbility Course.

Cheryl is the Administrative Officer and Executive Assistant to the CEO, and brings a calm, efficient and can-do attitude to her role.

A crucial and multi-faceted position in the team, Cheryl contributes to Leadership WA’s smooth operations. She works closely with our Alumni and Stakeholder Engagement Manager across Alumni relations, memberships and database management. She also coordinates arrangements, logistics and resources for the delivery of our customised Tailored Solutions, in liaison Leadership Development team and clients.
