Program Overview
Set over 12 unique leadership experience days, the Rising Leadership Program combines collaborative group work, opportunities for reflection, and diverse experiences with respected WA leaders. Each experience day typically runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Through world leading Thinking Styles assessment tool, HBDI®, you will discover how to communicate with those who think the same as you and those who think differently to you. This understanding unlocks your path to improved teamwork, leadership, relationships, creativity, problem solving, and other aspects of personal and interpersonal development.
Throughout the Program, you will consolidate your leadership learnings by working in groups on a Community Project. These Projects allow you to share your combined skills, expertise and time with a not-for-profit organisation in Western Australia, contributing to a range of important strategic outcomes within the sector.
Alumni Network
Following completion of the Program you join a strong and influential network of Leadership WA Alumni. This network comes together regularly to continue to grow and learn, and to give back by contributing to Leadership WA’s Skillsbank initiative, where Alumni share their expertise and time to social impact activities across WA, making real and meaningful difference in the community.
