As Western Australia was impacted by COVID-19 limitations, Leadership WA very effectively reverted its face-to-face experiences to online experiences. We made this adjustment in a manner that ensured the quality and integrity of all of the participants’ program experience was maintained. Our expert facilitators delivered experiences through a variety of highly interactive virtual technologies, which kept a high level of engagement and leadership development experience. We received excellent feedback on our approach despite the challenging circumstance.

Given the unpredictability of future impacts of COVID-19 or any other possible potential health alerts or identified risks, in the event of Government directed restrictions impacting Western Australia, Leadership WA reserves the right to replace some face-to-face experiences or field trips with online or alternative experiences for all Programs, Courses and Tailored Solutions. We are committed to safety for all and the integrity of your learning experience and thus any alternatives will be carefully designed to support your leadership development. Participants/clients will not be entitled to a refund.

However, each case will be assessed individually using the principles of equity, fairness, and compassion, while considering the intent and outcomes of the Program. To fulfil Program requirements for graduation, an individual development plan may be negotiated with Leadership WA.

Where our Partner organisations fund Scholarships, the Personal Fee may also be included in the Scholarship. This will be clearly stated in your letter of offer.

A condition of acceptance of this Scholarship is that should you fail to complete the Program and its requirements, you will be required to pay back a pro-rata contribution of the value of the Scholarship, depending on the circumstances. • The requirement to pay back the value of the Scholarship (pro-rata) should the recipient breach the requirements of the Program, including Code of Conduct and Attendance

This may include but is not limited to, thanking them publicly; being identified in Leadership WA and/or partner publications and media, including online platforms; attending meeting/s with the donor or partner representative; being photographed as required; providing quotes on the benefit of the Program and Scholarship; writing a testimonial, thank you letter or report to the partner or donor on completion of the Program; presenting to the Scholarship partner or donor on your Program experience and outcomes, at an arranged time; and acknowledging the donor/partner at special events and/or graduation, should you be asked to present or speak.

The Scholarship recipient will also remain engaged with Leadership WA upon graduation and agrees to support activities such as participating in Program interview panels, reference groups, speaker opportunities, and similar, in mutual agreement of activities and times.

• A recipient’s Scholarship may be considered for termination and repayment where:

• The recipient requests termination of the scholarship in writing

• The recipient breaches conditions of the scholarship or the Program or Course
