In the years following the financial crisis, Grace walked away from a lucrative role in the mining sector to re-route her financial education and business development skills to help improve the earning potential & financial infrastructure of businesses & communities led by under-represented women & migrants. For this reason, she developed the Migrant Money Matters program.
She has courted governments, schools, community organisations & the private sector as some of her most ardent supporters & clients.
An avid champion for giving back to the community, Grace has sat on the board of the philanthropic fund 100 Women, Business Station and Ishar Multicultural Women's Centre, where she also chaired the Audit & Finance committee, that she helped in setting up.
