Our Team

Dominique provides leadership and vision to the organisation and the team, Board, Alumni and stakeholders, to enable Leadership WA to achieve its mission and continue to positively impact leadership in Western Australia.

In 2024, as part of the Australia Day Honours List, Dom was awarded the Medal (OAM) of the Order of Australia in the General Division, for service worthy of particular recognition. 

Jo brings a well established skillset in both the delivery and innovation of leadership development. As Director of Leadership Development, Jo oversees Leadership WA's suite of Programs, ensuring we are developing and enabling inclusive and courageous leaders for the benefit of themselves, their organisations and the WA community.

Rebecca is the central point of contact for accounts and payments, general company enquiries, and all administration enquiries. She also supports the CEO and the Leadership WA board and sub-committees in the daily operations of the company. 

Wendy facilitates the Rising Leadership Program and Tailored Solutions. She brings extensive experience in helping leaders reach their potential through authenticity, habits, mind and effective action.

Leanda has over 30 years’ experience working within the disability sector with all levels of government, not-for-profit and private sector organisations. She brings specific expertise in designing and conducting stakeholder consultations; developing and delivering training; and creating accessible and inclusive services, facilities, information and events.

Leanda facilitates Leadership WA’s LeadAbility Course, which develops the potential of people with disability and those in the sector, who have the potential to lead and generate change.

Leanda is also the Managing Director of E-QUAL, a business established in 1993, which specialises in improving the quality of services for people with disability.   

Pauline has an extensive background in leadership, culture, and organisational development, working across sectors in member organisations, financial services and, the not-for-profit sector. Pauline delivers leadership WA Tailored Solutions to organisations seeking bespoke leadership development for their unique demands and challenges, culture and values.

Linzey manages Leadership WA’s Alumni program, including the Skillsbank initiative. She has previously led alumni and philanthropy programs in universities and schools in the UK and Australia.

Danni manages Leadership WA's marketing activity and Program recruitment. Her career has been focussed on strategic marketing, branding, communications and stakeholder relations, predominantly within the higher education sector. 

Jessica has a background in corporate services spanning accounting and financial advisory firms, bringing highly regarded expertise in the coordination of professional events. At Leadership WA, Jessica coordinates impactful experiences for the Rising Leadership Programs and the LeadAbility Courses.

Amanda has a diverse background in corporate services, having worked in a variety of industries such as not-for-profit, government and schools in both the United States and Australia. At Leadership WA, Amanda supports all areas of the LWA business, working closely with and supporting the CEO, Alumni and Stakeholder Engagement Manager and Corporate Services Manager.

James works with the Marketing and Engagement Manager and Alumni and Stakeholder Engagement Manager to assist with the planning and implementation of communications at Leadership WA. James' career specialises within the communications field and has worked within higher education and for a not-for-profit public health organisation based in the UK.

Rachel has significant Event Management experience in the UK and Australia. As well as holding a first-class honours degree in Event Management, Rachel has held various jobs within the animal industry. At Leadership WA, Rachel coordinates engaging experiences for the Signature Leadership Program and Alumni events.
