2022 June Rising Leadership Program Graduation

Congratulations to our Rising Leadership Program June 2022 Graduates.

On Thursday 8 December, we celebrated the cohort’s achievements and acknowledged their quest for knowledge and development, with the occasion generously hosted by Deloitte.

We commenced with an impactful Welcome to Country, warmly delivered by KIM COLLARD (Signature 2008) who conveyed the support of his Elders in strengthening WA‘s change-makers.

From the very first Experience Day, these 23 leaders had an eagerness for all things leadership. Throughout the Program, we were privileged to contribute to their leadership skillset, provide an environment for open discussions, across a diverse range of topics, and to guide them as they crafted meaningful strategic Projects for three Western Australian not-for-profits.

The elected Valedictorian of the cohort was Dillan E. Manager at Boekeman Machinery and recipient of the Mt Burdett Foundation Scholarship. Dillan spoke about how the friendships he has made during the Program will be lifelong, the impact of the many open and vulnerable discussions, and the increased confidence developed by himself and his peers.
