About Leadership WA

Our Leadership Programs embrace reflective learning. This approach encourages participants to examine their personal experiences, cohort and the many highly influential external speakers who contribute throughout the Programs. It also challenges participants to question and critically assess their deeply-held assumptions and how they relate to the wider world.

LeadAbility is generously supported by the Department of Communities WA, as such there are no fees to participate.

Ahead of applying, please note the following:

• All applications are confidential.
• Applications will be assessed by the LeadAbility Leadership Development Manager and shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an informal interview.
• All applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application at the end of the selection process, once the full cohort has been curated.
