‘Walk the leadership walk, don’t just talk the leadership talk’ was a key theme to Justin Langer's uplifting presentation to Leadership WA Alumni and our special guests this morning.

Drawing on his experiences as a father, cricket captain and coach, Justin encouraged us to know our personal values and exactly what we stand for as a leader, to embrace honest conversations, to remember that leadership is a responsibility and above all to show genuine care for the people around us.
