If there is one thing 2020 has made a constant, it’s “change”!

In September, our Rising Leadership Program cohort looked at change – what does it take to bring about change in an organisation or department? How do we move people to ‘come along with us’ if they don’t want to? How do we create ‘buy-in’ for our teams and for our managers?

The cohort is also looking at how mindsets are developed, and the power of breaking the cycle of only thinking from one point of view. To achieve this, the cohort used HBDI, a thinking styles assessment tool that helps identify how to approach team members and achieve success through collaboration.
