We were privileged to welcome Hon. Don Punch MLA, Minister for Disability Services; Small Business; Fisheries; Seniors and Ageing, to present. The Minister shared his passion for supporting Western Australian's in the disability sector, and the collective responsibility we all have in advocating for meaningful change and inclusivity. Participants were then presented with their certificates by the Minister.

Cohort participant, Steve P. Support Worker at Hollyoake, was elected by his peers as the Valedictorian. Representing his cohort tremendously, Steve described the empowering potential in the room.

"We don't just raise the voice of experience, but use its wisdom to co-design plans that will facilitate change, and endorse the courage needed to innovate and renovate the sector we work and breathe in."

Congratulations to each and every graduate on your transformative leadership journey over the past 3-months, we wish you all the best and look forward to seeing what you do next!

Thank you to the Department of Communities WA (Disability Services) for your continued and generous support of the Leadership WA LeadAbility Course.
