2021 Signature Leadership Program Graduation

Congratulations to the cohort of the 2021 Signature Leadership Program, who celebrated their graduation!

These 36 inspiring, bold and diverse individuals, have spent the past 10-months wholeheartedly investing in their leadership development. The journey offered moments of challenge, new perspectives, and most of all, an overarching appreciation for the role that courageous leadership has in shaping a better Western Australia.

We were privileged to welcome keynote speaker and our 2020 Honorary Fellow Sharyn O'Neill, Public Sector Commissioner, to address the celebration. Sharyn shared her leadership journey, contextualising her triumphs and challenges with a focus on our state. She spoke about the importance of considering ‘followership’ with as much value as leadership, articulating the importance of being a leader that others seek to follow.

A special congratulations to Michael Tonkin who was honoured by his peers as the 2021 Valedictorian.
