Congratulations to each graduate in the August LeadAbility Course cohort, you have wholeheartedly embraced the experience – the challenges, the friendships, the sharing of perspectives, and the commitment to your leadership responsibility.

We were fortunate to welcome Senator Jordon Steele-John to the graduation. Senator Steele-John passionately shared his journey to challenging the boundaries of political norms and advocating relentlessly for people with disability, celebrating disabled identity at every turn. He spoke about the way Australian society should be in terms of inclusion and accessibility, empowering participants to use their voices to help shape a legacy that reflects true diversity.

Participants were delighted to be presented with their certificate by the Senator.

Thank you to the Department of Communities WA (Disability Services) for generously supporting the LeadAbility Course.
