Why Would I Want to Work for You?

Leadership WA Alumni and guests enjoyed a thought-provoking session with guest speaker, Tanya Sim (Signature 2017), co-founder and Director of Block Branding, on ‘Why would I want to work for you?’.

A key theme of Tanya’s presentation was to know your organisation's brand in the employee marketplace and to identify the unique offerings your organisation provides to employees and their development. She challenged all leaders to share and embody their organisation’s values each day, in order to best attract and retain staff who align with their organisation’s aspirations. Tanya also spoke about employees as an organisation's most valuable ambassadors.
