Developing an Ecosystem of Psychological Health and Safety

With the responsibilities of organisations to manage psychological health and safety, workplace mental health and wellbeing increasingly under focus, we were excited to welcome Tasha Broomhall, Director of Blooming Minds, to speak to Alumni and special guests on ‘Developing an Ecosystem of Psychological Health and Safety.’

Tasha encouraged Alumni to support positive change in their organisation’s attitude, knowledge and behaviour around mental health and to move past the occasional tokenistic wellbeing gesture. She stressed how important it is for organisations to use a long-term thinking approach to developing an eco-system that supports employees to flourish and to equip leaders with the skills and confidence to have conversations which creates a safe place for their staff.

These events provide important opportunities for our Rising and Signature Alumni to continue their learnings in this unique leadership network.
